I've known for a couple of days, but I wanted to tell as many people in person before I posted anything online.  I've been accepted into VCU's Communication Arts program.  Needless to say I am very excited!! It was hard work, but it was worth it!  

A year ago, I did not understand why I was waived from VCU's Art Foundation program. (You go through that program before applying to your major.)  I was told that only happened to amazing artists (which my portfolio at that time was VERY FAR from amazing).  When your portfolio get's waived they will then send it to the program you want to apply to right away.  I chose to apply to the Communication Arts.  After applying I was told by many that the Communication Arts program was the hardest program to get into.  Very few people get into that program. I honestly felt a little hopeless.  I did not make it in my first time.  But since I was waived from Art Foundations, I would not lose a year so I decided to try again.

So I did. After nearly a year, creating a brand new portfolio, meetings with VCU professors (who are all wonderful) and after getting my associates at a community college.  I am happy to say that I made it.  I am beyond estastic about starting this new chapter in my life.  I am also excited to share my work created in this program with you all!

Hello all!

My style has been going through a change as of late that was the reason I did not post art when I said I did. Anyway, I'm happy to say that I do actually have some art to post now, sketches for my animation class to be exact, nothing spectacular but at least it is something.  They may or may not be sketch dumps, I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.  I also have other plans for completed works so expect these sometime in the near future:  Fiolee fan art,  3 more OCs, and a surprise

As you can tell it's been forever since I posted.  I unfortunately have not been able to post anything due to school and other things; my style has also changed a little as well.  I plan on posting some new stuff sometime soon.  So here is what to expect in no particular order:  My main male OC,  Jade Agatha again,( I've changed her design slightly), another male OC, and another female OC.  These will most likely be just sketches.  Also, depending on Santa's generosity, I may post some Copic marker drawings sometime after Christmas.  So, that's it, nothing special.  Anyway, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!
